Dana White: “There Is Still More Work to be Done” for a Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler Fight

Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler are set to fight in the new season of The Ultimate Fighter, but no official date, location, or weight class has been announced. UFC President Dana White admitted on The Pat McAfee Show that there’s still a lot of work to be done regarding the Conor fight. McGregor is still recovering from a shin break he suffered from his last fight against Dustin Poirier in July 2021. Chandler also lost to Poirier in his most recent fight, with both fighters having a 1-3 record in their last four fights. McGregor, the UFC’s first dual-weight champion, has fought in the featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight divisions, while Chandler has held the Bellator title three times.
