Miami’s Second F1 Race is a “Dream” for Lewis Hamilton, As Per His Statement.

Ahead of the second Formula One race in Miami, Lewis Hamilton has expressed his excitement, stating that being in Miami is a “dream.” This contest marks the fifth round of the new series and the first of three races to occur in the United States this year. Furthermore, an inauguration event on the Las Vegas strip is set to occur this November, while the Circuit of the Americans’ grand prix in Austin has been a fixture on the F1 schedule since 2012. Miami’s location and sporting history, with well-known teams like the Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins, excites the seven-time world champion, as it is an impressive city where sports thrive. Hamilton said that for such an abundant country, the growth of Formula One has significantly increased, and it is now a massive market for the sport. Despite a sixth-place finish at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix this past weekend, Hamilton is working hard to push Mercedes back to the top. While his contract with the team will expire this season, both camps seem eager to continue their working relationship. Hamilton’s former team-mate, Jenson Button, predicts that he does not see the British driver retiring from the sport anytime soon. Speaking at an IWC sponsorship event in Miami, Hamilton stated that his focus is to get his team back to the top, where they belong.
