Fulham manager Marco Silva is thrilled with his team’s current standing in the Premier League, given that pre-season predictions suggested that they would be relegated. Despite picking up only seven points from their last 10 league games, the newly promoted team are still in the top half of the table, sitting in 10th place. Speaking about their success, Silva said that he is proud and pleased, not only because of what the public predicted, but mainly due to the positive impact it has had on the team’s morale and supporters. He further stated that he believes Fulham belongs in the Premier League, and they are working hard to maintain their position. In the upcoming fixture against Leicester City, Silva plans to adopt the same preparations and approach as he does for any other game, despite the differences in game styles between their last two opponents – Manchester City and Liverpool – and Leicester City. Silva understands that Leicester is a tough team but believes that they can win if they are at their best.
