British racing driver, Dan Ticktum, believes that almost every Formula E driver has the ability to compete in Formula 1, citing the high level of competitiveness in Formula E. The statement was made ahead of the start of the European leg of the World Championship in Berlin this weekend. Ticktum argues that the unpredictability of Formula E is a result of the strength of its drivers and highlights that the disparity between drivers in Formula 1 are not as significant as they may seem. As an example, he notes that there are a few Formula 1 drivers who should not be in the category while there are other drivers in Formula E who should be competing in Formula 1. Ticktum has been showing good form this season and currently sits on nine points, which is a significant improvement on the solitary point he secured in Season 8.
