Today marks the rollout of a major change to Tesco Clubcard scheme, shoppers warned

Tesco is set to launch a new version of its Clubcard app that will replace both the older Clubcard and Tesco Pay+ apps. The revamped app will provide additional features, such as allowing shoppers to pay, view their points balance, spend vouchers, order deliveries and check stock in stores. The integration of Tesco Pay+ functionality into the app is set to provide more convenience to users of the grocery store chain’s services. The new version of the app will be available on Tuesday to enable people to continue collecting points. Anyone wishing to use the revamped app needs to download it, but no points, vouchers or coupons would be lost during the transfer. It is worth noting that customers with a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card will not be impacted by this change.
