Trump says D.C. army parade protesters will probably be met with ‘very heavy power’

President Donald Trump warned Tuesday that protestors at his upcoming army parade in Washington, D.C., will probably be met with “heavy force.”

“We’re going to be celebrating big on Saturday,” Trump stated on the White House in regards to the parade marking the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary.

“And if there’s any protester that wants to come out, they will be met with very big force,” stated Trump, ahead of repeating that risk two times.

“I haven’t even heard about a protest, but you know, this is people that hate our country, but they will be met with very heavy force.”

But safety officers and the U.S. Secret Service, all the way through a briefing Monday, stated that they had been monitoring more or less 9 protests aimed on the parade, which is being hung on Trump’s 79th birthday.

They stated that the collection of protesters is predicted to be a lot smaller than the collection of other folks attending the parade.
