Top of the plants: Famous faces megastar in veggie lookalike display

The annual Lambeth Country Show featured some megastar names this 12 months – within the type of greens.

The loose pageant, which takes position in south London’s Brockwell Park, incorporated entries to its carved greens festival, with sculptures portraying well-known figures comparable to Dolly Parton and the Pope.

There have been some superb puns accompanying the paintings, together with ‘Mo Salad’ and a papal ‘Cornclave’.
