Moment drug broker re-arrested leaving HMP Kirkham close to Preston

A person who admitted dealing medication from his jail mobile can also be noticed on police pictures being arrested moments after he used to be launched from prison for his earlier crimes.

Samuel Watts, 34, from Northwich, used to be handcuffed as he left HMP Kirkham, close to Preston, on 21 November ultimate 12 months simply after he completed serving a sentence for supplying cocaine and hashish and possessing a weapon.

Watts confronted Burnley Crown Court on Thursday the place he used to be jailed for an additional 4 years and 4 months.
