Srinagar: The Centre has sanctioned a Rs 4224.23 crore package deal for 316 highway initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir beneath PMGSY-IV, which is the most important ever package deal for the union territory up to now because the nationwide flagship rural highway construction programme used to be began.
