BBC correspondent displays aftermath of Ballymena violent protests

Protesters threw petrol bombs, bricks and fireworks at police throughout any other night time of dysfunction in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, on Tuesday.

Police fired baton rounds and used a water cannon to disperse protesters as vehicles have been set on fireplace and the home windows of a number of homes have been smashed.

The dysfunction started on Monday after a calm protest over an alleged sexual attack within the County Antrim the town.

BBC Ireland Correspondent Chris Page visited the scene.
