A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl had been arrested after the “mutilated” stays of 2 kittens have been present in a box in west London, police mentioned.
The Metropolitan Police mentioned the pair have been arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty in reference to the incident in Ruislip on 3 May. They stay in custody.
Police had launched CCTV photos and a picture of a duffel bag idea to had been used to hold the kittens as a part of their investigation.
“This incident caused great distress in the area and we thank the community for their willingness to share information that aided our investigation,” a pressure spokesperson mentioned.
