Former Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes on Thursday misplaced her bid to have an attraction of her 2022 fraud conviction reheard.

The ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals denied Holmes’ request for a rehearing sooner than the unique three-judge panel that upheld her conviction.

At the similar time, the courtroom mentioned no choose at the circuit courtroom had requested for a vote on whether or not to have the whole courtroom rehear the attraction.

The choice leaves Holmes with the Supreme Court as her final probability to undo her conviction. She must ask the courtroom to listen to the case.

Holmes was once sentenced in January 2023 to 11 years and 3 months in jail after being discovered responsible of 4 counts of twine fraud in January 2022.
