Neil Young is the newest well-known face to take purpose at US President Donald Trump.

In a submit on his web page revealed on Tuesday (Wednesday AEST), the Heart of Gold singer instructed Trump “I am not scared of you” as he blasted the president for attacking Taylor Swift and longtime buddy Bruce Springsteen.

“Bruce and thousands of musicians think you are ruining America. You worry about that instead of the dyin’ kids in Gaza. That’s your problem,” the Canadian-American musician wrote.

“I am not scared of you. Neither are the rest of us.”

Young, 79, used Trump-esque capitals thru his submit and requested the USA president “what are you worryin’ about, man?”.

“You shut down FEMA when we needed it most. That’s your problem Trump,” Young wrote.

“STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT ROCKERS ARE SAYING. Think about saving America from the mess you made.

“Taylor Swift is correct. So is Bruce. You know the way I think.”

Trump, who was seen in the crowd of a Young concert in New York in 2007 with his son Donald Trump Jr, is yet to respond to the comments.

Young, who’s married to actress Daryl Hannah, in the past criticised Trump publicly, which Hannah claimed resulted in the primary Trump management seeking to “reduce to rubble” his citizenship procedure. The Canadian-born musician has since secured twin citizenship.

The rising stoush between musicians and the USA president kicked off final week and escalated within the following days.

Springsteen made scathing criticisms of Trump on-stage in Manchester at the beginning of his European excursion, labelling his management “corrupt, incompetent and treasonous”.

The president returned fire on his Truth Social platform, calling the rock legend a “dried out prune” and “a pushy, obnoxious JERK”.

In his rebuke, Trump dragged Beyoncé into the argument via threatening to release an investigation into their endorsements of Kamala Harris throughout final yr’s election.

The US president additionally shared a message on his social media about Swift, referencing his previous response to her endorsement of Democrat presidential candidate Harris.
