Report: 49ers signal All-Pro LB Fred Warner to three-year, $63M extension

The San Francisco 49ers have had relatively a dear month.

After inking quarterback Brock Purdy and tight finish George Kittle to profitable extensions right through May, they added linebacker Fred Warner to that checklist on Monday.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the four-time All-Pro has agreed to increase with the 49ers on a three-year, $63 million deal. A freelance that comes with $56 million in assured cash and makes Warner the NFL’s highest-paid linebacker.

It’s the second one time in his seven-year profession that the 28-year-old has landed a freelance that places him atop the highest-paid gamers at his place.

Warner earns the deal after a 3rd consecutive All-Pro variety in 2024. He performed in all 17 video games for San Francisco, posting 131 overall tackles, together with 5 tackles for loss, 4 pressured fumbles and one sack.
