A schoolboy who was once killed in a hearth on an business property has been pictured for the primary time – as 14 children are arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. 

Layton Carr, 14, was once discovered lifeless within a development on Fairfield Industrial Park within the Bill Quay house of Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, on Friday after being reported lacking.
