Jenna Bush Hager is beginning a brand new generation of the Today display’s fourth hour.
Following Hoda Kotb’s ultimate episode on January 10, Today With Hoda & Jenna relaunched beneath the brand new name Today With Jenna & Friends. Bush Hager, 43, will seem along a rotating panel of famous person visitor hosts till Kotb’s legit substitute is chosen.
“Whoever sits in this seat is going to have the easiest job in the world ‘cause they’re sitting next to you,” Kotb, 60, stated on a September 2024 episode of Hoda & Jenna after saying her Today go out. “I mean, the only thing they have to do is not laugh so hard they pee their pants. That’s it. They just have to hang on. You are this bright light, you always have been, and it’s your turn.”
At the time, Bush Hager spoke back: “If I’m bright, it’s because I’m sitting in your glow.”
In March 2025, Bush Hager solely informed Us Weekly there used to be no rush to pick out Kotb’s substitute, and that the sequence already had visitor hosts booked thru “the spring and early summer.”
“We’re just kind of living in the present,” she defined. “I honestly have no idea what’s going to happen, when this will end and how it will end, and I’m kind of OK with that, which is really fun.”
