A person from Northern Ireland who used to be struck by means of a automobile on the Liverpool Football Club victory parade has mentioned he feels “very lucky” to be alive.

Jack Trotter and his female friend Abbie Gallagher, from Newtownards, County Down, had been hit by means of the auto because it drove into fanatics on Water Street, in Liverpool.

It came about at about 18:00 BST on Monday as 1000’s of Liverpool FC fanatics amassed within the town centre for the Premier League victory parade.

“The first thought that I got was: ‘Where’s Abbie? I need to find Abbie.’ She could be anywhere at this rate and lucky enough she was screaming my name and I found her,” Mr Trotter instructed the BBC.
