Australian rugby is retaining its breath after incumbent Wallabies playmaker Noah Lolesio used to be stretchered off early right through the Brumbies’ talk over with to the Western Force in Perth on Saturday night.
After the Force became the Brumbies round with an extended kick halfway during the first part, the 25-year-old tried a determined cleanout after Tom Wright took the ball involved.
But the playmaker used to be folded again underneath the burden of a sequence of flying Force our bodies, who effectively counter-rucked and gained the ball.
Play stopped moments later because the Force gained a penalty after Brumbies halfback Ryan Lonergan used to be stuck offside on the ruck.
Lolesio, in the meantime, appeared in agony and used to be temporarily met via the Brumbies’ scientific staff.

The Japan-bound Wallaby used to be ultimately taken off via a stretcher.
“There’s a huge amount of concern around Noah Lolesio,” former Wallaby became Stan commentator Cameron Shepherd mentioned.
Shepherd – Stan’s sideline commentator – later showed Lolesio had suffered a spinal damage.
“The good news is he’s moving his arms and legs,” Shepherd mentioned. “They’ve confirmed it’s a spinal injury.”
Lolesio began in 11 of 13 Tests in Joe Schmidt’s first 12 months in command of the Wallabies in 2025.
