Five other people killed in helicopter collision in Finland

Five other people had been killed when two helicopters collided and crashed in a wooded space close to Eura airport in south-western Finland, police have mentioned.

Police mentioned the mid-air collision came about in a while after midday on Saturday close to the city of Kauttua, with the wreckage falling 700 metres from the Ohikulkutie street.

“Five people have died in a helicopter accident near Eura airport on Saturday,” DCI Johannes Siirilä, of the National Bureau of Investigation, mentioned.

Media reported that the helicopters had taken off from Estonia and had been sporting industry other people, with 3 other people in a single and two within the different.

Finnish newspaper Iltalehti quoted a witness, Antti Marjanen, as pronouncing he noticed probably the most helicopters hit the opposite all the way through a manoeuvre.
