There’s no higher feeling than completing a troublesome exercise (the endorphin rush is actual), and being sopping wet in sweat makes the feat really feel even sweeter. This sweat is a transparent indicator for people who it’s time to rehydrate. But chugging water on my own isn’t the most productive resolution.
