Boston Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas left Friday evening’s recreation towards the Minnesota Twins on a stretcher with an obvious severe leg damage.
Casas beat out a check-swing flooring ball that Twins pitcher Joe Ryan misplayed within the backside of the second one inning.
