Is the BJP seeking to legitimise its Governors’ obstruction by allowing indefinite delays in Bill assent? Does the Union Government intend to paralyse non-BJP State Legislatures?”

He accused the BJP-led executive within the centre of “sinister intent” to impede the fundamental distribution of energy underneath the charter. He recommended the non-BJP state and birthday celebration leaders to sign up for the felony battle.

“Our nation stands at a critical juncture.
