Three males charged with manslaughter have seemed in courtroom following the loss of life of a girl in a crash on a golfing path.

Suzanne Cherry, 62, from Aldridge, Walsall, died on 15 April, 4 days after she used to be struck at Aston Wood Golf Club in Shenstone, via a gray Nissan van which have been fascinated with a police pursuit.

John McDonald, 51, from Bloxwich, Walsall, who has additionally been charged with attack via beating, Johnny McDonald, 22, of Dudley, and Brett Delaney, 34, from Darlaston, Walsall, seemed at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Monday.

They are due at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday.

Ms Cherry’s husband has described how he “watched in helpless horror” as his spouse used to be fatally injured on the membership on Blake Street in Shenstone.

He mentioned she had an “amazing and infectious zest for life” however their “future together was snatched away in an instant”.
